Having worked in a fast paced, results driven international enviroment for years, I understand what processes and structures are at play in organisations. My Masters in business gives me a solid background to quickly assess various situations and circumstances that you are facing. In my corporate roles, I’ve been through the struggles of a first time manager and later on community leader. Continous growth and development is a key value for me so I’ve always been reflective, looking for ways to deepen my learning and sought opportunities to develop those around me.
